Anti-aging creams are going to be your best defense for dry, aging skin. While masks are not left on long enough to get maximum penetration of effective ingredients, masks are usually a go-to for when you want to unwind and relax while nourishing your skin at the same time.
A sleep mask is different, however. This is a mask that is massaged into the skin at night and left on to get maximum penetration and effectiveness from the scientific ingredients that help reduce and reverse the signs of aging.
