Recently (post 65) I set an exercise goal for myself: I wanted to start exercising every day. I had to work up to it gradually. I started by exercising for 30 minutes three times a week. Then I gradually increased the amount of time I exercised and the number of days I exercised. Today, exercising daily has become a habit for me. I don't even think about it anymore. I just do it. And I feel so much better for it.
- Be confident. The most important thing is to be confident in yourself. When you believe in yourself, you can achieve anything.
