There are many good reasons to drink water: It’s refreshing, and it helps your brain function, maintains energy levels, regulates body temperature, aids in digestion, and ultimately keeps your body healthy.
It's also crucial for the health of our skin. Dehydrated skin is dull and lifeless, consistent water intake brightens our skin.

Jill T. - I've found that drinking water first thing in the morning, actually helps me crave water more during the day. I keep a full bottle (refillable) of water in my bathroom at night and drink it first thing. After a night of sleep, my body is thirsty - I fill it with that water!
Julie B. - I drink water with limes even when I am not thirsty!!
