Not only do positive relationships contribute to our happiness, but they can also provide a sense of purpose and meaning. Having someone to share experiences and support us through the ups and downs of life gives us a sense of belonging and can help us cope with difficult times.

Exploring diverse and interesting cuisines can add some flavor and excitement to our lives. My latest culinary adventure was trying a Vietnamese favorite called Pho. It's a delicious soup that's bursting with exotic flavors.
Why settle for the same old chicken recipe when you can step outside your comfort zone and try new things like a sushi-making class?
Trying new things like food and adventure helps us stay relevant and age gracefully.
Maintain a routine
Contemplating retirement? Or, perhaps you're already in retirement and adjusting to having more unscheduled time on your hands. You can stay more youthful minded by scheduling time for joining clubs or groups that align with your interests and values while building new friendships. It's important to maintain that sense of purpose and give your day some kind of routine.
How about scheduling time for learning? I've been listening to Jim Kwik's Podcasts on YouTube. He boasts learning is our superpower. It's something that we can continue to do at any age, and it's a great way to stay relevant in today's ever-changing world
